Gentlemen, before you pick up the 12 pack from the liquor store on your way home from class or work, you may want to read this.
According to European scientists(or just beer connoisseurs), there has been recent theories suggesting there are female hormones in beer. To test the theory, a group of men were giving six pints and forced them to drink an hour.
Here are the results, straight from the story:
“It was observed that 100 percent of the men gained weight, talked excessively without making sense, became overly emotional, couldn’t drive, failed to think rationally, argued over nothing, had to sit down urinating, couldn’t perform sexually and refused to apologize when wrong.”
Now, I’m not sure if this was actually published in a newspaper, but it seems extremely sexist, but funny. After reading some of the comments, it has become a pretty heated debate about gender stereotypes. Take a look at one woman’s response:
The man responded with:
Hops are also great for anxiety and insomnia. They are commonly recommended to increase milk production in lactating mothers.
Most male brewers know about the long-term effects.
Brewers Droop.
I didn’t want to get involved myself, but I felt it was a pretty funny article(and meant to be a joke), but apparently some people could not handle the humor. Oh well, I’m still laughing.
Beer continues to divide men and women though, even when it is not being consumed!
So it’s the women that can’t perform sexually? Whatever happened to the minute man who falls asleep right after stereotype?
